Jake C. Helder is of Counsel to Caldwell, Helder, Helms & Robison, PA, having been a partner in the firm for over thirty years. He limits his practice to residential and commercial real estate. He also provides counseling to developers, investors and property owners.

Mr. Helder earned a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 1967. He earned a Juris Doctor of Law in 1970 where he was a Babcock Scholar.

From 1970- 1974, Mr. Helder was a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army. In 1974, Mr. Helder joined the firm where he has continually practiced to date.

Jake is a native of Union County where he resides with his wife-Cynthia.
